The precursory HTSC of materials Y1Ba2Cu3O7 formed by plasma spraying

This precursory as the rings with thickness several milimeters are separated from base and are used for production of final products after following thermal treating, including thermal treating in the field of temperatuer gradient. The products HTSC are used in electromotors, in restrictors of short circuiting current and so on. There is no limit in diameter sizes for such precursory when the method of spraying is used. The sprayed material can have a composition structure. The fine cristal structure, the size of grain is 1 , not very big porosity (not more then 10 %) are the specific properties of developed precursory. The general current 75 A of superconductivity (current density till 650 A/cm2) has been reached on the thermotreated rings (without thermal treating in the field of temperatuer gradient) with inside diameter 20 mm and outside one 40 mm with thickness of sprayed material 3 mm. In the magnetic field 300-500 Gauss the decreasing of current of superconductivity is not more, then 20 %.
